IPHONE X Support


Recently upgraded to am Iphone X and when attempting to launch the better app it crashes upon opening. It also doesnt seem to be working on my safari browser. Please let me know if i need a new version or if a fix is planned.



Hi @cgracing. The app has been updated for, and tested on, iPhone X. So this issue looks like it’s specific to your device.

The easiest solution is to delete the app and reinstall from the App Store. Have you tried that?

Just to let you know, we’ve had another report of issues on iPhone X, so I’ve opened an issue. Please let me know if you’re still having problems.
